Marina qualified in Physiotherapy in Spain. She then went on to post-graduate studies qualifying in Urogynaecology and Obstetric Physiotherapy at the University of Madrid. Marina now has over 5 years experience specializing in Pre and Post Natal Physiotherapy and pelvic floor dysfunction in men, women and children. She combines manual therapy techniques, muscle stimulation and pilates based rehabilitation to not only treat the symptoms presented but to prevent symptoms long term by treating the cause of the problem. Marina is also certified in functional echography, dry needling, lymphatic drainage (Le duc, Vodder and Godoy certified) and clinical Pilates she uses these and other techniques to treat diverse pelvic floor pathology and prevent obstetric problems. Marina worked in private practice in Spain while completing her post graduate studies and moved to Dubai to work at Anatomy Rehab in 2019. She also was teaching as a Professor in Obstetrics and pelviperineology in the European University of Madrid.
Marina’s patients range from professional athletes with pelvic floor problems, pre natal women with pelvic and back pain, post natal women with rectus diastasis to post operative oncology patients.
