Alejandro Pineda

Graduated in Cadiz University with a BCs in Physiotherapy and a MSc in Advanced Sport Therapy from the CEU San Pablo University in Spain.

Alex graduated with a BSc Physiotherapy in 2017 from Cadiz University in Spain. He then went on to gain a MSc in Advanced Sports Therapy in 2018. Alex started his Physio career in professional football in Spain working with Valencia and Cadiz football clubs and also in Switzerland at Meryin FC. He also worked in private practice in Spain before moving to Dubai in 2019 to join Anatomy Rehab, DIFC clinic.

Alex specialises in sports injuries and has post graduate training in neuromodulation and electrolysis which is a form of ultrasound guided dry needling with electrical stimulation to treat injured tissues. During Alex’s experience in professional football he gained advanced rehabilitation, taping and manual therapy techniques to treat a variety of sports and lower limb injuries. He prides himself of treating not just the symptoms but endeavours to find the root cause of the problem to minimise the risk of injury reoccurrence.
